Hello! My name is Juan Gabriel Gonzalez, the music teacher at Double File Trail Elementary School.

I went to college at THE University of Texas at Austin and received my bachelors degree in elementary education in 2011. I later received my certification to become a music teacher.  

​

My first two years as a teacher, I taught first grade at Pflugerville ISD, and enjoyed every minute of it.This will be my fifth year teaching music. Being a music teacher has always been my future dream job and now it has become a reality!

A few hobbies that I enjoy are archery, playing video games, playing keyboards with my 80's band Freeze Frame, and performing with my salsa band, Orquesta Trabuko!

 

Music is my ultimate passion, and I can't wait to share that passion with all of Double File Trail!
